Satyam to announce
Fourth Quarter and Year ending Results on April 21,2008
HYDERABAD, India, April 04, 2008: Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), one of the leading global consulting and information technology services company, will announce both Indian GAAP and US GAAP results for its fourth quarter and year ended March 31 st 2008, on the morning of April 21 st, 2008 (IST).
The release will be followed by a conference call where Satyam’s Founder and Chairman
B. Ramalinga Raju, Ram Mynampati, Member of the Board & President, Commercial and Healthcare businesses, and other members of Satyam management will discuss the performance of the quarter.
To participate in the conference call, callers can dial the relevant numbers mentioned in the program schedule given below. A replay of the conference calls will be available one hour after the call on April 21 st and till April 28 th, 2008.
