Mahindra Satyam to announce Fourth Quarter and Annual Results for FY 2010-11 |

| Hyderabad, India, May 17, 2011 – Mahindra Satyam, a leading global consulting and IT services provider will announce its Indian GAAP results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2011 on May 23, 2011.
The release will be followed by a conference call where members of Mahindra Satyam management will discuss the results.
