Ankoor Desai C-SAM, Senior Account Manager |

Ankoor Desai is a Senior Accounts Manager (APAC) at C-SAM Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He has been associated with the organization for the last 7 years. In his present assignment, he has been managing accounts within Asia since December 2009.
At C-SAM, he has exhaustively worked with Merchants, Banks and Aggregators to create B2B& B2C services. Ankoor also manages Alliances and Partnerships within the region. He was also instrumental in working on the Banking & Aggregation services during his initial years at C-SAM. |
Earlier to this, he was responsible for the Product and Partnerships at India Interactive Technologies Limited, a JV between C-SAM & Group Bhaskar. The company launched ‘MeraMobi – a customer facing product’ in August 2008 offering a suite of 13 services including Information, Entertainment and Transaction services.
Prior to his stint in the Mobile and Payments industry, Ankoor has worked in the FMCG industry for about four years. He was the head of Sales in Andhra Pradesh for Brand “Fortune” – The flagship brand of Adani Wilmar Limited.
Ankoor is a graduate in Marketing Management and a Mechanical Engineer from M.S.University, Baroda. He lives in Mumbai and enjoys listening to Music and Travelling. |

Anand Raman

Anand Raman currently heads partnerships at Eko India Financial Services. He has been associated with Eko from its early days as a young startup and worn different hats from marketing, distribution, product as well as policy and strategy.
Anand has close to 20 years of experience in IT, Telecoms and Media. He worked at Tech Mahindra for eight years, as well as Idea Cellular and then at Star TV. Anand was bitten by the startup bug and took the plunge with Eko in 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

Dr. Murli Nagasundaram is a former Professor of Management and a consultant on creativity, innovation and design thinking in business, government, education and society. He has been teaching at business schools, training and facilitating business teams, performing research, and conducting innovation and creativity workshops for over two decades.
Murli has a PhD in Management (Information Systems) from the University of Georgia, Athens, USA, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from |
National Institute of Technology (NIT), Tiruchirapalli. He was trained in the Osborn-Parnes Creativity Problem Solving Methodology (CPS) at the Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI) founded by Alex Osborne and Dr Sidney Parnes.

Murli’s early work experience was in the Information Technology industry which motivated him to pursue a PhD in Management (Information Systems). In the 1980’s he co-founded Collaborative Technologies Corporation, in Austin, Texas, where he helped develop VisionQuest, a pioneering groupware tool to structure and augment group interaction and creative thinking, as well as the socio-technological theories on which it was founded. Later, he was on the faculty of the College of Business at Boise State University, Boise, Idaho for fourteen years. He has also has taught, conducted workshops, and consulted at institutions and corporations in the US, Singapore, Dubai, and India.
Murli’s interests include innovation, education, organizations, cultures, cognition, collaboration, complexity and emergence among others. He is especially interested in the rapidly growing phenomenon of technology-mediated distance education.

He has worked extensively in the area of Campaign Management, with deployment of tool to launching and running various analytics and rule based RoI campaigns.
In his current role with Axis Bank, he heads the Digital Marketing, including the Self-service channels of Internet and Mobile Banking. The role has clearly defined KPI metrics of establishing the presence of Axis Bank in the online space, launching and driving customers to use Internet and Mobile Banking. He is also responsible for various payment led initiatives like m-commerce, P2P, P2M etc. on these channels.

Vivek has managed large complex telecom and VAS projects spanning from strategic planning to partnership management to business modeling. Prior to joining CanvasM he has worked in leadership positions with Tier 1 Indian service providers Bharti-Airtel and Idea Cellular as well as with telecom vendors like Lucent and Siemens, in India and abroad. Vivek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication engineering from one of the premiere institutes of India, National Institute of Technology and holds an active interest in equity analysis. |

Srividya

Srividya started off her career as a trained journalist and later veered towards the digital media. She launched the hugely popular parenting website, BabyCenter—a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary in India. With the mushrooming of the mobile technology as a game changer, she was instrumental in setting up an Interactive Voice Response (IVR)-based system to deliver critical and beneficial content to expecting and new mothers especially in the semi-urban, lower strata of the population. She set up a Proof-of-Concept for this at Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital to roll out a joint program with Delhi Government in all government hospitals in and around Delhi.

At Mom & Me (Mahindra Retail Pvt Ltd), she heads the digital and consumer initiatives. As the digital head, she set up the E-commerce channel for Mom & Me. She also manages the entire social media blue print and strategies of consumer engagement on facebook, twitter, blogs and other social properties. Vidya, as she likes to be called, is interested in exploring varied online and mobile technologies to further the cause of being a thought leader in the mother and child space! |
