We have signed a Global Framework Agreement (GFA) with CA Technologies. CA Technologies is a global IT management and security software and solutions company. It aims to build a business model where shared and managed services can be provided to new and existing customers through a joint and strategic approach. We have set up Mahindra CA Research centre at Pune that will enable co-innovation and delivery of our joint offerings.

Mahindra-Satyam partnered with OrangeScape, a Visual PaaS (Platform as a Service) Provider and a global 10 PaaS Player, to offer Application PaaS to its global enterprise customers. OrangeScape's Visual PaaS enables Mahindra Satyam to deliver business applications with 3X time-to-market advantage and the flexibility to deploy on various public cloud platforms like Google App Engine, Amazon AWS, IBM Private Cloud, Netmagic and on-premise.
This partnership specifically aims at enabling global enterprise customers to on-board their 'Longtail of Business applications' on various environments like Lotus Notes, MS-Access, Excel, VB to Cloud.

Membership with ODCA (Open Data Center Alliance)
As a member of the ODCA group, Mahindra Satyam have join their mission to:
- Identify the requirements of data center solutions that meet the challenges facing data centers today and tomorrow,
- Define usage models that support solution deployment in an open, industry-standard and multi-vendor fashion, and
- Join their collective commitment to utilize the Alliance’s Usage Model Roadmap to drive purchasing decisions of data center solutions.
As an member, we also agreed to use the ODCA's vendor-agnostic Usage Model Roadmap to guide their data center purchasing decisions and for planning future data center deployments. Being as part of adopter membership group Mahindra Satyam will have the following

Mahindra Satyam established an Azure Centre of Excellence in Partnership with Microsoft. The partnership:
- Enables Mahindra Satyam to build competency on cloud-based services through development

- Enables to have dedicated resource augmentation with deep knowledge and technical expertise on the Windows Azure cloud platform.
